Mission Ahead

Jesus instructed the disciples to leave everything behind, taking nothing but the clothes on their backs to follow him. This is my adventure in doing the same. After graduating from Penn State in May, I am headed to San Francisco, CA to live on the streets with our homeless brothers and sisters. I have no ambition, other than loving them and obeying the direction of the Holy Spirit in how to do so.

Please pray for my new life ahead and that I will come to understand the true meaning of following Christ.

It has been 3 years in the making, but this calling is finally coming to fruition!

Idea

I have a couple years left of college, but I have been thinking about selling all of my belongings (save a few articles of clothing & my hand-dandy Bible) and moving to San Francisco. I feel a calling to live on the streets and love our brothers and sisters, despite having never been to the city. Hopefully, I will be able to work there next year with Center for Student Missions (CSM); leading youth groups around the city working with the homeless and marginalized people.

Please pray for God to direct my passion and calling.
